Product Update: simplex Collector with global reach and enhanced control

xtendx is continuously evolving the simplex Collector. Now, instances can be configured with the Content Delivery Network (CDN) from Akamai, allowing users overseas to smoothly access your media. To ensure cost control, the simplex Collector displays real-time Akamai CDN statistics directly in the administration interface.

The Approval Workflow has been expanded with a bulk approval feature. A clear presentation of new files, including image previews, provides an overview of all files awaiting approval at a glance. With this overview, lists of files can now be approved with a single click, simplifying and significantly accelerating the approval workflow.

Individual files and groups of data can now be shared with a group of people for a limited time. It is now possible to allow access for, say, only one week. On a clear overview of all publicly shared files, these access rights can also be revoked with a single click.
